The Evangelical Homes of Michigan Foundation gratefully accepts:
Cash, Check and Credit Card Gifts
Make a gift in person, by mail or phone, or donate securely online.
Matching Gifts
Your employer may match your gift to the Evangelical Homes of Michigan Foundation, doubling or even tripling its impact. Ask your employer whether it offers a matching gift program.
Tribute Gifts
Celebrate someone special or remember a loved one with a tribute gift. Your gift will support older adults while honoring a person who has made a difference in your life.
Donor Advised Fund Grants
If you have a donor advised fund, you can recommend a grant to the Evangelical Homes of Michigan Foundation through the organization that manages your fund. Please include your name with the grant so we can thank you.
IRA Gifts (Qualified Charitable Distributions)
If you are age 70½ or older, you may be able to make a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) directly from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) to the Evangelical Homes of Michigan Foundation. Ask your IRA custodian to send the gift directly to the Foundation and contact us for the information your custodian will need. Your tax or financial advisor can help you determine whether a QCD is right for you.
Stock Gifts
A gift of publicly traded stock may be a meaningful way to support our mission, particularly if the stock has increased in value. Tax benefits depend on your circumstances. Please contact us before arranging a transfer so we can provide instructions and identify your gift when it arrives.
Planned Gifts
You can include the Evangelical Homes of Michigan Foundation in your will, trust, retirement plan, or life insurance plans. Those who share their plans for a future gift are welcomed into the Zoar Legacy Society.
