We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Kari Rennie to the role of President and CEO for EHM Senior Solutions, and we know you will join us in warmly welcoming her to our organization on March 31, 2025.

Kari brings a diverse skillset and strong focus on resident satisfaction, quality of service and employee engagement, and describes herself as an engaged and transparent servant-based leader committed to coaching and mentoring others.

With over 15 years’ experience, Kari joins us most recently from Burcham Hills Retirement Community in East Lansing, where she served for five years as their executive director. Her prior experience also includes; associate executive director, licensed nursing home administration, assisted living administration, international hotel management, admissions, marketing, and social services.

Kari earned a Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology degree from Michigan State University, then served two years in the United States Peace Corps as a community development volunteer in the West Indies. She has served on the Leading Age Michigan Education Foundation Board and the parent Board of Directors, as well as their Public Policy Taskforce.

I am most grateful for the hard work of the CEO Search Committee of the Board, and for the endorsement by the EHM Board of Directors of its recommendation to appoint Kari as President and CEO.

We look forward to many future successes for EHM Senior Solutions under Kari’s leadership.

At Brecon Village, we were delighted to have the Standard Time Band set the perfect celebratory tone with live music. Their performance created an uplifting atmosphere that brought residents and staff together, making the day even more memorable.

EHM Senior Solutions showcased its culinary creativity at the recent SOUPer Bowl contest held at the Saline Area Senior Center. In a spirited competition that brought together innovative recipes and community enthusiasm, our very own Hannah Rauch from LifeChoices stole the spotlight by clinching both the Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice awards for Best Vegetarian Soup. Congrats to all the contestants!
