Dottie Crim Adult Day & Education Center at the Memory Support Center at Brecon Village |
Thanks to a generous donation from St. James United Church of Christ, the Dottie Crim Adult Day and Education Center was finally able to reopen in January this year following the covid closure. This center provides daily recreation, social support, and life enriching programs for persons with dementia. Since reopening we have had participants regularly engaging in various activities, including art and music therapy and cooking experiences. You did it! Through generous individual and community donations, the campaign raised the required $15,000 and the subsequent $15,000 match has been given. The hope is to get to work on this phase of the sidewalk as soon as possible this summer, with plans to expand the sidewalk route in the future. Thank you to all our donors who made this a success!

Brecon Village Frog Fountain Dedication |
June 12th we celebrated the “grand opening” of the Frog Fountain, beautifully restored thanks to a generous donation from the Estate of Ronald Levingsten.
